Property care built around your needs
Our physical home and property checks can cover doors, windows, gates, visible storm or water concerns, packages, mail, and anything that appears out of place. Interior walkthroughs, contractor access and project monitoring, pre-arrival checks, rental support, vehicle or RV checks, and live video walkthroughs are available when arranged.
Need deeper outdoor guidance? Plant Consulting—backed by Brandon’s eight years of nursery experience—is available as another layer of property care, either added to a home check plan or scheduled separately.

1. Before You Leave Consultation
We’ll walk through your property, discuss travel dates, access, and concerns, and determine whether our home and property checks are a good fit—with no cost or obligation.
2. I build your home check plan
We agree on a customized checklist, visit schedule, access, reporting preferences, and any optional add-ons your property needs.
3. Brandon keeps you informed
After each visit, you receive dated photos or video, notes on visible concerns, prompt notifications when needed, and a written End of Watch report.
