Meet Brandon

I’m Brandon Mark, a Prescott Valley husband, dad, and the owner of TriCityGoToGuys. I provide dependable, owner-operated Property Watch throughout Northern Arizona, giving homeowners a trusted local presence when they can’t be there. Every visit, report, and customer conversation is handled personally—and TriCityGoToGuys is bonded and insured.

Why I started TriCityGoToGuys

Property Watch is the heart of TriCityGoToGuys. I built it from years of local, hands-on experience and a belief that homeowners deserve someone dependable looking after the details when they’re away.

My background includes eight years of nursery experience, where I learned to notice small changes before they become bigger, more expensive problems. My mentor, the late Jim Cox of Prescott Valley Growers, taught me that good business comes down to honesty, consistency, and doing things the right way.

Years in the contractor world added practical experience with homes, repairs, service providers, and active projects. That combination helps me recognize visible concerns, communicate clearly, and give owners a reliable local presence.

I personally handle every Property Watch visit, report, and customer conversation. You’ll always know who is checking your property and who to call when something looks out of place.

Plant Consulting remains available as another layer of property care—either added to a Watch plan or scheduled separately—for homeowners who want more informed guidance for their plants and landscapes.
