I’m Brandon Mark, a Prescott Valley husband, dad, and the owner of TriCityGoToGuys. I built this business to give homeowners a dependable local presence when they can’t be there.

Why I started TriCityGoToGuys

My background started in plant consulting and the nursery world, where I learned to notice small changes before they become bigger problems.

The late Jim Cox of Prescott Valley Growers—my mentor—also taught me that good business comes down to honesty, consistency, and doing things the right way.

Years in the contractor world added hands-on experience with homes, repairs, projects, and the practical issues owners face when they’re away.

That mix of local knowledge, observation, and real-world property experience became TriCityGoToGuys Property Watch.

I personally handle every visit, report, and customer conversation. You’ll always know who is checking your property—and who to call when something looks off.
