Why I started TriCityGoToGuys

TriCityGoToGuys Property Watch was built from years of hands-on experience, local knowledge, and a deep belief that people deserve someone they can truly count on.

Before Property Watch, this company started with plant consulting helping homeowners make better decisions for their yards, plants, and outdoor spaces. That part of the business came from my years in the nursery world, where I was lucky enough to learn from the late Jim Cox of Prescott Valley Growers, my mentor, who taught me not only about plants and people, but also about business, trust, and doing things the right way.

Over the years, I also gained a lot of experience in the contractor world, working with homeowners, properties, repairs, projects, and the real problems people face when trying to care for their homes. I saw how stressful it can be for people to manage everything, especially when they’re away, busy, or unsure who they can trust.

That’s where Tri City Go To Guys Property Watch grew into something bigger.

As a local husband and father of two, I understand how much a home means. It’s not just a property it’s where your family is, where your memories are, and where your hard work goes. I started this service because protecting a home should feel personal, not like another rushed appointment or generic checklist.
