Each Property Watch visit is completed with care, attention to detail, and your peace of mind in mind. We check doors, windows, locks, exterior areas, and visible property concerns, while also looking for signs of damage, storm-related issues, leaks, fallen branches, broken fixtures, disturbed areas, or anything that appears out of place. When interior access is available, we can also provide walkthroughs to check for visible concerns inside the home. Our goal is to catch potential issues early, keep you informed, and help protect your property when you can’t be there.
Essential Checks
Our Essential Check covers the important basics while you’re away, including mail, packages, visible property concerns, basic landscape and plant observations, and any custom areas you’d like us to keep an eye on. We can also assist with contractor meets, giving you a trusted local presence when service providers need access or when you can’t be there in person. If there are additional homeowner needs or property concerns that come up, we’re happy to discuss them and help where we can.

Every visit includes a personalized property check and clear photo or video updates. Live walkthroughs, emergency visits, contractor meet-ups, and additional requests are available for an added fee.
