Every visit follows a watch list built around your property. Here’s what a typical visit can include:

Exterior Watch

Doors, windows, gates, locks, visible storm damage, water or irrigation concerns, fallen branches, disturbed areas, packages, mail, and anything that looks out of place.

Interior & Access Support

When arranged, I can complete a visual interior walkthrough, meet contractors, provide access, monitor active work, and report visible concerns.

Optional Watch Packages

Add pre-arrival checks, landscape or irrigation observations, rental/Airbnb support, vehicle or RV checks, priority scheduling, or a live video walkthrough. Packages are customized to the property and schedule.

Simple, transparent pricing

Plans begin with a $40 Intro Visit.

Ongoing options: $60 for one visit, $110 for two visits per month, or $200 for four visits per month.

Every visit includes photo/video updates and a written End of Watch report.

Adults 65+, veterans, and first responders receive 10% off. Custom plans are available.

What is Property Watch?

A scheduled visual check of your property while you’re away. I document visible conditions and keep you informed; I do not perform an inspection, diagnosis, or repair.

Do you go inside the home?

The core service is exterior-focused. Interior walkthroughs are available when arranged in advance and access is provided.

What do I receive after a visit?

Dated photos, notes on visible concerns, prompt notification when something needs attention, and a written End of Watch report.

Can you meet a contractor or check an RV?

Yes. Contractor access, project monitoring, pre-arrival checks, irrigation observations, rental support, and vehicle or RV checks can be added.

What happens if you notice a problem?

I document what I see and contact you or your designated person promptly so you can decide the next step.
