What is Property Watch?

A scheduled visual check of your property while you’re away. I document visible conditions and keep you informed; I do not perform an inspection, diagnosis, or repair.

Do you go inside the home?

The core service is exterior-focused. Interior walkthroughs are available when arranged in advance and access is provided.

What do I receive after a visit?

Dated photos, notes on visible concerns, prompt notification when something needs attention, and a written End of Watch report.

Can you meet a contractor or check an RV?

Yes. Contractor access, project monitoring, pre-arrival checks, irrigation observations, rental support, and vehicle or RV checks can be added.

What happens if you notice a problem?

I document what I see and contact you or your designated person promptly so you can decide the next step.

Can I book Plant Consulting without Property Watch?

Yes. Plant Consulting can be booked as a standalone service or added to a Property Watch plan when you want extra attention outdoors. Pricing is customized to the property, project, and level of assistance needed.

Do you work with landscapers and contractors?

Yes. Brandon can help with plant selection, Northern Arizona recommendations, existing landscape evaluations, and project-specific guidance. The goal is to provide practical plant knowledge that supports better decisions before or during a landscape project.
